In parallel, many were balancing demanding personal lives, including parenting responsibilities, requiring thoughtful integration between professional ambitions and personal realities.

In these contexts, creating space to clarify leadership identity, strengthen confidence, and align career goals with broader life priorities emerged as an important lever for sustainable professional growth.

The challenge

The objective was to support the development of confident, authentic leadership while enabling sustainable professional growth over time.

My role

As coach, I provided individual coaching support tailored to each leader’s context and objectives.
