I’m Arina Filippi, coach and consultant with 25 years of international HR experience, a background in psychology, and certifications as an ICF CPCC coach and EQ practitioner.
I work with leaders and organizations at moments when things feel complex, tense or unclear. I help bring clarity, align strategy with human performance, strengthen collaboration, and build behaviours that support sustainable results over the long term.
